Fresh from a site inspection at the historic Jewish cemetery in Dubno, NW Ukraine this morning, ESJF Chief Engineer Hryhoriy Arshynov and Halachic Inspector Rabbi Moshe Herschaft head straight to the Dubno city council building where they meet with Mayor Vasyl Antoniuk, who signs the official letter authorising the beginning of plans to fence this iconic Jewish cemetery.
