No original tombstones have been preserved. According to local residents, a monument was erected on the cemetery territory in the 1970s-80s. The monument consists of three concrete matsevot on a shared basement. Fifteen names are inscribed in Hebrew – supposedly the names of Jewish residents of Bereznyky. It is unknown whether they had been buried at this cemetery.
