NOTES
The New Rabbanite cemetery was established in late 19th cent. It was located on the hill between Prospest Voli and Hlushets streets. It was ruined during WWII and demolished by Soviet authorities after the war. According to local historian S. Shvardovsky, the tombstones were used in construction of stadium at Shopena Street. Now the territory is overbuilt with residential blocks of flats. In recent years a memorial to the cemetery was erected by R. Israel Meir Gabbai.
